Back to School!

Well, it’s back to school today after the long Labour Day week-end. Amanda finally cooled down and is going back today, too. It feels like Monday, even though it’s Tuesday, but at least it’s a short week!

We did a lot of cooking over the weekend. We made bread, and French toast, and Peach Cobbler, and Caribbean Chicken! Daddy helped me make the peach cobbler, and it is really easy, and was really good. All you need is two big cans of peaches, and a yellow cake mix.

You stir it all together in the baking dish, and put little bits of butter on the top.

Make sure to taste test!

We did sprinkle the top with a little cinnamon sugar!

Then bake it for about 45 minutes.

And eat it!!!!

Pour peaches into baking dish, and fold in the cake mix until completely moistened.

I have never made peach cobbler and it seems easy to make. I love it and am gonna try making some soon.
